I have to chime in as well. My DW found the TGM site last year and used it to plan our Jan 05 trip. I was very skeptical and even made fun of her (just a little and not in a mean way ) over her obsessive planning.
After the first day, I was SOLD!!! I’d never even consider a Disney trip without it now. We are returning next month (Jan 07) and using TGM again. The time and aggravation you can save by just following his advice are worth many times the (very reasonable) price.
I’ve seen folks post on this and other boards that most or all of the information on TGM is available for free on this and other forums, perhaps it is, but the way TGM has it all laid out, in one place, and in an easy to use format makes all the difference.

ok stupid question but if "he's "letting everyone in on his best kept secrets, how much longer will that "secret" be useful? just wondering

It's worked so far. On the DIS, many people know about TGM but 'out in the real world' not many do. As long as his info works and it has for me for the past 2 years, I'll keep my subscription current.
