Thanks, Missypie! That was just about the best thing I've ever seen posted here on the DIS! I'm trying to picture where the apartment is exactly. I haven't been to DL in several years, (although I grew up nearby), so all I can picture is WDW right now. Can anyone give me directions so that I can look up and see where the apartment is the next time I'm there?

His apartment is above the firestation on the left as you walk in under the left hand tunnel. Next to City Hall.

They have a walk in walt's footsteps tour that takes you into the apt. When my kids are older and can handle the 3 hours of walking without strollers I am going to do it!!

Oh and the lamp got me misty too!!
