Tour Planning?

We will arrive at RPH around 10:30 pm on Friday night. We will have all day on Saturday, Feb. 17th and the morning half day on Sunday. We have never been to US or IOA before and would like to do the best of both parks in 1.5 days. My daughter and I love thrill rides! Any touring advice? We would also like to see the Mardi Gras Parade & Concert on Sat. night.

Which park to start?
Planning meals?...would like a sit down meal early on Sat. night..5:30 ish.
Parade and Concert Viewing Tips?
