Tour of Flower Gardens?

Hello All,
My mother wants me to arrange a tour for her of the flower gardens of Disney, but I haven't been able to find out what "tour" she's talking about. I do know it's not the educational thing they have for several days. She says friends of hers went on a tour of the gardens of the theme parks.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
