is TGM's plans that much different from the unofficial guides touring plans

GET TGM. If you look at the other TGM post that was posted a little bit ago, http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1298024 you will see what people think of TGM.I have used him twice and would never go back without him (and I used to work there). The big difference between TGM and touring plan is everything. Because he and his guides are in the parks everyday they have the most up to date information and touring ideas on the web. His inside secrets alone are worth the $20. Touring plans will give you a good idea on when to go but TGM will get those wait times down to under 10 minutes. And if your not happy he'll give you your money back.

I JUST subscribed to TGM a few days ago, and we'll be there the 22nd-28th. I had NO idea what we were doing, or that there was so much to planning, all I had done was our ADR's. TGM tells you which days to go, when to ride what, which direction to go, how to pack, etc. and it's catered to your desires and when you're going. We would be lost without him. Plus, you're already paying to go to WDW, might as well throw in an extra 20.

It's been really helpful so far, really.

I agree! The very first thing I did when I got the green light to plan our next trip was sign up for TGM. I think his information is sooo valuable.

Another TGM fan. The site does take a little getting used to. There's lots of info to sift through, but it's REALLY worth the effort. A great investment!

Love Love TGM! He has really great plans. His feature of which specific date to go to each park worked perfectly! We got to meet him twice when we were there too! Very nice guy! have fun planning!

TGM and the touring plans are different....which I could explain more, but I use both...I was hesitant about TGM, but I learned a few things that made it worth the money. And I still use touring plans, too.

Like other posters have said, TGM is very good about giving you your money back if you are not satisfied.. I'd give him a try.

I agree with the previous posters. TGM is certainly worth the money. I didn't use his website as extensively as I should have before my trip, (during the last week in November), but his picks for "least-crwoded parks each day" were great!

I love TGM! I just used him for my trip 11/26-12/1 and I will use him from now on.

We have used TGM twice & he is worth every penny!!!!

We used TGM this past fall and his advice was right on. We never had a wait over 5 min. I loved all of his other tips as well (dining, shopping) I was very hesitant to spend the money but i will do it every trip.

I wish people would not use TGM his info is really great and I don't want it to get out to the whole world. I would love to keep his info all to myself and cruise through the parks with ease and enjoyment.Unfortunately TGM is IMO a very good service and Mike has a wealth of knowledge that others just don't have. While some feel his site is at times hard to navigate, I believe it isn't if you just follow his directions. Mike has come up with a great idea. I just hope that his customers continue to keep the agreement they made not to share this info with others. I would hate to see what took Mike years of work to produce be pirated by someone and posted on the WWW or worse change a few of the headers and words and sell it as there own. I would reccommend TGM. But maybe not to too many people ;-)
