First Thanks for the discount code for tour guid mike that I recieved here. When I went to the site I found where I could get a better discount since I used the service within the last year . I needed to e-mail toue guy mike (using the link given) to recieve my discount code.a note said I would recieve a PROMPT reply (36-48 hr.) after recieving my e-mail. if I do not recieve a reply that it was an "e-mail issue" and not that an e-mail was not sent and, to please write back.. I have writen 3 e-mails requesting a discount code in the last 5 days but , have still not recieved a reply. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem with tour guide mike. or any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong or what the "e-mail issues" could be? I am excited about my trip and would like to start planning.

I used TGM for our trip lat year and NEVER rec'd replies to an email I wrote him. That's just one of the reasons I did not think it was money well-spent.

I've always had really prompt replies to anything I sent to him. My subscription just expired from the last trip I took but I seem to recall he was going to be really busy with VIP tours around this time. I would bet that is the problem. I know it's frustrating though.

I hope you hear back from him soon! Like I said, he's usually very good about responding.

I think Mike's been in San Francisco with a sick relative but is trying to keep up with everything. He has always been very prompt responding to my e-mails. If I get a chance, I'll try to check on this for you.

Thanks, that would be great. Hope everything is ok with his family. Ya, I felt the info from last time was ok in general some really great ideas and some not so good ones. But, I do like to use a collaberation of info. and found his site to povide a LOT of info. not all new info but, he did have some good ideas.

I just got the chance to e-mail Mike tonight. He actually e-mailed me back within about 10 minutes. He said he was without e-mail for a few days but was back on track now. I gave him your user name on the DIS boards but I'm not sure if that is what you used for his site or I didn't have your e-mail address.
