i’ve heard the horror story’s about tour groups (not only the Brazilian ones) going around causing a scene in Disney World, does this happen on the Disney Cruise? If this does it did I would be interested to hear some experiences.

I have never seen it. DCL is pricey, that may be the deterrent. My experience is families, some extended ones, couples and evening solo cruisers.

I did see the Brazilian HS kids one August at WDW. You just go in the opposite direction of them.

I've never encountered a disorderly tour group on my cruises. That includes both DCL and RCL.

The only groups I've ever seen on DCL are extended family groups. I'm sure they probably exist but DCL isn't exactly a party ship so I doubt that it appeals to rowdy tour groups.

I've never experienced rowdy behavior from the foreign tour groups in the parks. I've seen them there, & their size can pose an issue if you're waiting behind them in line, and occasionally they sing, but I never saw them being disruptive to the peace or disruptive to an event, or any rowdiness. I don't stay at value resorts anymore, though, so their behavior might be more problematic at a resort (they stay at values).

I have never seen them at all on a cruise. I'm sure the cruises are not the kind of teen fun experience they're looking for, and are also too expensive for them.

The only tour group I've experienced/seen was what looked like a quinceanera/quinceanero on the Allure a few years back. Not a big deal but then again the Allure is a much bigger ship than Fantasy. Still, whenever we encountered them the kids were overall quite well behaved. Not entirely - they're still kids, after all - but nothing where you were off put by them.

And fwiw they were easily the best dressed people in the MDR.

Happened on all of our DCL cruises, very disruptive!! There is a gang of overstuffed critters, including mice and dogs...even a pirate...that roams the halls, fill the elevators, and (happened to my wife) come up behind and tap you on the shoulder with, of all things, a hook. Scared the Dixie Dust out of her. You can't escape them, and few folks want to. They give hugs, pose for photos and will even get on the floor and play with your service dog. Don't expect them to say much, their faces say it all...and your cruise wouldn't be complete without them. Hope to see them real soon!!
(Don't get me started on those pesky princesses...)

Misbehaving tour groups--and misbehaving cheerleaders and Pop Warner participants--are legendary at WDW.

But on our 5 Fantasy Cruises we saw none of that.
