Does anyone know how these are obtained? I understand they are issued by time share resorts for sitting through a presentation but can they also be purchased by time share owners?

Any idea?

Don't think they are available directly to guests.

Regardless, they can't be upgraded if you do have them.

The answer is "it depends on the time share". I know when I process a voucher the Automated Ticketing System shows a price quite a bit larger than $99. Whether or not Disney bills them at full price I don't know.

R these actual tickets or vouchers?

My understanding is these companies issue vouchers which must be exchanged for tickets and do not have actual ticket stock.
