Touch of Magic Pass?????

Anyone ever heard of this Touch of Magic Pass? I heard it's offered to Travel Agents and such, it gives you 3 days, 2 hopper days to the parks and then the 3rd day to the water parks or Pleasure Island, the cost is close the same as a 2 day 1 park pass. Any thoughts?? We're only going to be in Disney for 3 days, the other couple in Universal so thought this would be good for this this time. I have a family member who is a travel agent so think I could get this.

been here since 2000, Nope never heard of that one??

But there are some 3day hopper passes out there.
