Are they still offering totes at Disney stores when you purchase so much?

You mean as one of the items they will sell you for a discounted amount when you reach a certain purchase level? They were in November.

I recall it being $40 several years ago but I think this year it might have been $50? I also thought the price of the item was higher than they used to be which is unsurprising of course. I don't know if they still do this but they would allow you to aggregate your purchases from Disney merchants for the day to qualify - ie, spend $20 at the Port of Entry and another $30 at Mousegear and be eligible.
