Totally scored at the local Disney store today... in prep for our trip!

I went in to pre-purchase some T-shirts... and found an AMAZING sale going on. Adorable, heavy duty, nice Ts - $4.99. PLUS, all clearance an additional 40% off - T-shirts between $2.99 and $6.99 - I got each family member fully outfitted in new Disney stuff for $120 - 6 days worth of T-s, sweatshirts, etc. socks, several dresses/skirts/jeans for the girls - for a family of four...

Tee hee... so stoked.

We depart on April 28... return home late on May 5.

Ooooh!!! I need to visit the store! I know this is OT but if you have young kids The Childrens Place is having a big sale too - everything from their Spring line is $4.99! Great to stock up on for vacations!

Hooray for you!! It's always nice to find good Disney deals!! We will also look for you since we will be there the 36th-30th. I am starting to get a little worried as it seems like it will be a little busier than I planned on!

The nearest Disney store to me is well over 45 minutes away, closer to an hour with traffic. There was one 25 minutes away- I miss it!

Add me to the list of late April vistors. We'll be there April 26-May 1

Mine is in the mall in the city next to mine.

I've had very strange experiences with them

I went in and asked if they carry disney pins. They tell me no one does you can only get them in the parks, been that way for years.
Not so much true eh?

I called and asked if the have disney pins. They say yes, but not right then.

And they only seem to have young child type stuff. Nothing for anyone over 7.

I wish we had a better one, but i've actually thought about working there to be part of Disney and getting possible discounts. And really...how great would it be to ask for time off to go to Disneyland. Classic.

I bought up all the Bambi Easter merchandise at TDS today! It was all on clearance with that extra 40% off and I could not resist!

I'm so jealous. Our Disney Store in Tacoma closed, because they were outbid by another merchant for their place in the mall when their contract was up. They put in a freakin' Wet Seal. I just want to egg it every time I go by.

We drove to a mall an hour away, just to buy Disney Store Easter clothes for the kids. I really miss being able to wait for a good sale there. Now I will just have to get what I get whenever I get there.

Congrats on the good deals. It's so awesome to get such good Disney deals! And don't forget, the Semi-Annual clearance sale hits about June, and they often have a lot of summer stuff on clearance already!

I actually used to work there, at the Disney Store. Just once in awhile, at night. It gave me a great discount!

But, rumor has it, from my old coworkers, that they will open one at SouthCenter mall, in Tukwila. Still not close enough, but better than Alderwood or Silverdale.

I remember when the first store went in at Westlake Center (d'town Seattle) - I had three different friends who worked there... ;-)

All of my shopping was at Alderwood Mall - the 40% off sale just started yesterday, so it's probably worth a trip to Southcenter...
