Totally off Topic... but I'm soooo happy!

Ok, so I'm a big ol nerd! My DS & I are 12 years apart. So while she was "grooving" to the Beatles & Hard Days Night. Mom bought me the original Soundtrack to Jungle Book (LP of course) After searching high and lo, and always missing ebay opportunties to "reown" it. I gave up.
Disney released a CD that was VERY disappointing, because it wasn't the same!

My DH is on vacation and trying to push me into a "Clean Sweep" to make room for all my scrapping stuff Lo and behold, I FOUND my Original
LP in MINT condition!
I am beyond thrilled and wanted to share! 30+ years and I can smile like a little kid

We have a 1970's disney disco LP at my mom's house. My brother works at a radio station so I asked him if they could put it on CD. He said No problem. You should try to find someone who can do that for you. At least you can save the LP and take the Jungle book everywhere with you.

my Meatloaf Album was missing and we thought someone had taken it and not returned it........well IT was found two houses down......My daughters friend borrowed it over twenty years ago and there it was......it found its way home to ME.....of course I got a cassette of the music and now a cd of his music.....but the album was more important to me........hubby bought it for me cause he knew how much I loved the music
