Totally immature behavior at work!

I wonder if you could inject some food coloring that won't easily wash away into a carton of milk.

That way then you could see who ends up with the lime green tongue or lime green milk moustache!

I was reading about milk-gate this morning, happy that none of this drama goes on where I work. Of course this afternoon I opened up the cupboard in my kindergarten to take out a book for circle time and ithe book was gone :earseek: . Somebody stole my book! My favourite book! Somebody stole Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom! They took the book along with the colouring sheet I prepared to go with it. What kind of scum steals a children's book

I bet there's some jerk living under a bridge, drinking stolen milk and reading Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom.

 That is soooo wrong! Who wants to steal someone's insulin anyway? Were the needles with the insulin? My DH keeps the bottles and the needles together.

EsmeraldaX, I hope you can get your co-workers to wear the "Got Milk?" t-shirts on Friday. That would be hilarious. I can't wait to see how it all pans out.

(And I think the people whining about posting a lot during work hours are just jealous.)

:rotfl: Hardly. Remember, Esmerelda posted her salary here many times. I would prefer a job where I made a decent living, even if it did restrict internet access. But then some people's priorities are different.

:)

Wow. Is it just me or was that comment really harsh and uncalled for?

Oh good grief...isnt this against board policies...to me this is personal attacks and way off topic. Let it go people!

Es...I think the whole idea of Got Milk T-shirts is hilarious, however, the co. doesnt seem to have taken this situation lightly and may not fid it as funny as we do. JMO

That's a good point. I don't know where we'd even get Got Milk T shirts, unless we made them. We'll see.

Tomorrow we are having some sort of big inter-departmental meeting, and I'm sure the issue of the milk theft/note leaving will be brought up.

Should be an interesting day.

What personal attack? Laura posted that the people who thought posting 80+ times/day from work were jealous. That is simply not the case. :)

  Whoever did that is a complete idiot! They can cause major problems for a diabetic doing that. And you don't mess with their food either!

Make me the boss...I'll FIRE them all!

(Speaking as the mom of an insulin-dependent child!)

Bojangles, I dont seem to remember quoting you. I was generally speaking. There have been several attacks questioning her work ethics, etc. This was a thread about stealing milk and it has gone way off topic and became personal. Again this is only my opinion, however it seems pretty clear.

Well I for one am extremely jealous of Esmeralda :wave2: . I'd love to be able to Dis during my down time at work. Lucky girl :teeth:

But then, you'd have to deal with the great milk theft mystery of 2004. ;) You would not be able to feel safe leaving your milk in the fridge.

So it has it's downsides. ;)
