I have a gorgeous picture of an alligator sunning himself on a log that I took this summer while spending time on the bayou this summer.
I want to add a Santa hat to his head and send this out as my Christmas card. I have no idea what program to use to do this. This is a one time deal , I dont normally mess with pictures such as adding things and removing stuff.
Is there anything free out there to create this?
