Total Rant...

I have been up since 4:30am waiting for the dining reservations to open. It is now 6:15am and the website is not working. I tried to use my phone and there is a "blip". How can Disney techs be so flipping incompetent???? I do not understand it. I work for a huge school district and we NEVER have the problems that Disney has. I think Disney needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and start making some changes. UGH.......

Now waiting until 6:45am to call in. Freaking annoyed to say the least...
 
Try it again. I was able to pull it up on my computer.

I don't blame you for being annoyed! I would be very upset too.
 
I TOTALLY agree! I can't phone from where I currently am and the website isn't working. I'm getting up everyday at 6am to book 1 restaurant (180+10 hasn't worked for me). Today, I book my restaurant, receive a confirmation, but then no record of it in the account. I tried to manually make it appear, and nothing happens. I wondered if I messed up, so I booked again (same restaurant, same time) and the same thing happened AGAIN! I don't know if I now have 2 reservations at the same time or if neither worked. I can't call until next week. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Can't get in on the computer right now either -- been trying since right before 6:00! Stressful!

I feel your pain. I login around 5:30am and pounce at 6am to make reservations. I usually am able to make a single reservation, but after that I just start getting messages about the server being busy. I guess the system cannot handle the thousands of Disney maniacs making reservations at the same time.
 
I keep trying, refreshing, signing out, trying. Disney is making this all too difficult. I am seriously rethinking the annual pass purchases. Not sure I want this much stress on top of my already stressful life to PLAN a vacation. I like to plan but this isn't planning...this is always worried because of incompetence on their part. Ughhhhhhhhhh
 
I was able to make 1 reservation at Ohana for 5; but after that I keep getting error messages! Since Im staying Club Level Im hoping IPO can work some magic for me!

I agree I would try again:). I was able to log on at 5:55 and at 6:00 am was able to start booking. I got all my reservations to work except for Tusker house, which is odd because the place is always half empty. Good luck everyone:).
 
Mine has worked fine again today to book day 12.

Sometimes you think you are signed into your MDE account but you are not! Even though it says welcome "name". Try clicking on Itineray in MDE and see if it asks you to log in again. This works for me. I can then see my trip dates outlined when I go to the calendar to select a booking date.
 
I got all my reservations for the entire trip. I did get a email conf. but was not showing in my experience. I tried to add it and it would say that my last name was incorrect. I called and with no wait she was able to add the peanut allergy that I forgot and then transferred me to a cast member to see why nothing was showing or why I was not able to link. She started looking at my account and said that everything was there and I should not worry and while I was on the phone magically everything showed up.

Mine said the same thing but they are all showing up now:). Except for one? System must just be slow:). Glad you got all you reservations:) we did too!!
 
I was finally able to access the system at 7:30am. I called and it took forever to get through to someone and right about that time, the system opened up. I completely missed BOG. Very disappointed about that but hoping they open more times as the dates get closer. Sigh!!
 
I cannot make my 180 + 10 today. Been up & ready since 0530 EST. No go!!! Have tried all the suggestions re: rebooting, etc. Nothing works.
Was trying for V&A's Chef's Table. Sure that is gone by now...:sad:
 
Found out what my problem was.
I have a split reservation & the system will only allow me to make 180+10 for 1st part of reservation, even tho they're linked! Wanted to make ADR for last day of vacation (10th day) but I can't! Have to wait till March 2nd &I'm sure V&A's Chef's Table will be gone by then.
POOH!!!!!!!
