Total BLT points and gross sales $

Well I have run some date cumulative point calculations for BLT based on the point charts and based on the following room distribution. Standard 16 st 16 1br 16 2br, lake 80 st 80 1br 83 2br 14 GV, MK view 50 st 50 1br 50 2br 8 GV.

The maximum average allocation ends up being 22,42,54,119 compared with 16,39,54,96 in the original filing.

So by my room distribution they added 274,000 studio points, 129,000 1br points 0 2br points and 184,000 GV points for a total of 587,000 more points. This translates at $112 to $65 million more gross sales.

If my calculations are correct the gross sales numbers that are out there for BLT were understated. My calculations show 7,226,379 total points, at an average selling price of $112 that translates into $809 million dollars in gross sales. Of coarse you need to deduct the 2-4% of the points that are held for maintenance, so round it off to $775 million, not bad for a building that has been rumored to have cost $125 million.

Have some new but unconfirmed info that changes this a little, 14 total GVs, 428 total villas. This woks out to 176 dedicated 2br, 119 1br and 119 studios (capable of being lock off 2br). I am not sure I believe it since that seems like a high ratio of 2br dedicated but is the best info we have right now

Room distribution stays the same distribution (11,69,20) so here are the new results
