A couple of questions for those in the know...
1) Will Tortilla Jo's be affected by the DD renovation that's beginning in January?
2) Am I going to have a tight window of time to snag a reservation for Jo's like I will dining in the park?

1. From what was announced, it does not appear that Tortilla Jo’s is in the area being renovated. At least it is not in the area of the released concept art.

2. It’ll be easier to get a reservation than one in the park, but they’ll still get booked, so make your reservation as soon as you can. Tortilla Jo’s does usually have walk up available if reservations don’t work out.

For what it’s it worth Tortillos Joes was available on multiple nights at 5 weeks out for our Dec13-17 vacation. Everything is booked up now at three weeks out.
