Tortilla Jo's Taqueria

Got a little confused in my planning. Is there a difference between Tortilla Jo's and Tortilla Jo's Taqueria. I found their menus on allears and made a reservation but now I am confused.

The Taqueria is the little take-out counter at Tortilla Joe's.

If you made a reservation, it would be for Tortilla Jo's proper. The Taqueria is an express set up for a limited take out menu and frozen margaritas. We've been to the Taqueria for the carnitas nachos and they were great, I bet the restaurant is delicious!

Haven't been to the taqueria yet but the restaurant is a favorite of ours! Great margaritas and the table side guacamole is soooo good!

The taqueria is a great value. The make burtitos that i swear are the size of my head for a small price. I liked the outdoor seating, it was fun to people watch. Definitely a solid quickservice choice.

I'm sitting in the taqueria at this moment and enjoying 2 huge tacos! For $6.95 you get 2 corn or flour tacos and they are stuffed with meat. The tortillas can't contain it! I got corn but seems like a great value to me and it is tastes great too! I splurged and got a side of chips and salsa. It's not as good as table side but very good as well.

I am sitting right now in wino country enjoying my self made tacos; corn tortilla shells stuffed with refried beans (Like watch out maaan!) seasoned hamburger meat (85% lean) with real sour cream, avocado slices spritzed with lemon juice and topped with real sharp cheddar cheese with home made spanish rice served on the side.

Priceless yum! Lol

We haven't tried the taqueria before but our family loves Tortilla Joe's. Yummmmyyyy margaritas, great chips and salsa. Always envious of tableside guacamole but DH and I won't be able to finish it. Kids love their quesadilla & Mexican rice kids meals. They also love the animal balloon artists (although they know I won't pay for those anymore!

You can't go wrong eating at Tortilla Joe's. We eat there at least once per visit. The chicken burrito is huge and delicious. I eat all I can and hubby finishes it. ((After eating his meal)). The nachos are huge.

The taqueria is one of the few places to find Dr. Pepper! We stopped daily on our way between the DLH and the parks.
