Tortilla Joe's - Is it really that bad?

If this restaurant was not in Downtown Disney, I'd probably never go there. But, no, it's not that bad. It's decent enough.

We had dinner at Tortilla Joe's in Downtown Disney last Wed and it was the most horrible Mexican food we have ever eaten. We love Mexican and it doesn't take much to please us, but every single dish (steak tacos, Ceviche, kids meal) we ordered was simply uneatable. The only good thing was our waiter Fred (friendly and attentive). The chips and margaritas were acceptable.

Wondering if it was just an off night or are they really that bad?

Yes, it's that bad. We ate there a while ago and I found everything to be really salty.
