Torn- worth it for Express Pass in mid-Nov?

Most Pittsburgh area schools started August 23rd

Pittsburgh I would consider Mid Atlantic. Northeast I would start at New Jersey and work my way North. New Yok and CT don't start till after labor day.

We were there last November the week before thanksgiving and the lines were very manageable. We got there at park opening and practically walked on everything except Harry Potter but even those lines weren't very long. I think our longest wait was Simpsons but it was extra long because the ride had broken down.

Lol as long as u don't call us Midwest Most here identify w east coast

If u want to split hairs, a mid Atlantic definition traditionally includes NJ, NY, DC, virginia, west va & Delaware

We've been in mid-November twice and while it was manageable, we were still glad we had EP. I would probably stay where you want to stay at Cabana Bay and just purchase EP. Not sure of your exact dates but a lot of the dates in mid-November show the unlimited EP for $85-$89pp per day. It shouldn't be too much more expensive than if you were to stay at RPR. Another option is to go in without them and just purchase them there in the park if you feel as though you need them.
