Topsy Turvy?

Anyone have one? Tips? What do you think? DH put a tomato plant in one and wants me to pick up another to put cucumber in. Kinda' reminds me of The Land ride!

I just put one up 2 weeks ago. I am hoping it works. I love fresh tomatoes!

I only have 1 for tomatoes. If that works I may try more things next year.

my sister has two of them and they have been our for a few weeks and the plants seem to be growing pretty well. I have yet to try one of those because I planted everything I was going to plant in the ground...then saw those things which I thought were neat.

My boyfriend wants one of these-to show we are committed to each other. Yeah, a tomato plant will show that we are a committed couple.

That's soooo not what I meant when I told him I wanted a committed.

So, has anyone had any luck finding them in stores? My local Lowe's was out and don't know when they will be back in stock.

I've seen them at both Walgreen's and CVS. I think they were $9.99 at Walgreen's, and slightly more expensive at CVS (unless you catch them on sale for 9.99, which they do every once in a while).

We used them last year and the tomato plants did grow well in them. However, do not plan on using them for more than one year as our topsy turvy containers actually started rotting.....
