Topsiders or Parrot Cay for lunch on 1st day?

We boarded at about 12 noon, was able to eat at Parrot Cay and book Palo's (they didn't start taking reservations till 1 p.m., so worked out well).

If we are able to get on board early, we will eat at Topsider's. However, that would be a miracle to get our group of 12 up & organized that early! I can't remember what time we boarded during our last cruise, but it WAS hard finding a table, and just not relaxing at all. I think we may end up trying PC this time.

thanks for all the info. we are driving over from WDW and should get there around 11am. I was wondering where to go also when we boarded to eat lunch.
