Topsiders for Dinner?

What do they serve for dinner at Topsiders?
Always went to dining room but interested in the
Topsider Dinner as an option.
Is it buffet?
Do you tip?

We just got off the Western and went to Topsiders for dinner once-mostly because we were tired of dressing every night and had recently been on the Eastern with the same menu. We had steak(ribeye I think) steamed veggies ,casear salaad and a nice dessert. It is table service. They show you a small menu and bring out what you request. Some of it is sitting on the buffet line so you can preview before being seated! It was fine for a change. We did have a father travleing with his daughter on our dining rotation and they ate there about half the time!!
