Toppolino's outdoor area

We have eaten at Toppolino's for dinner several times but have never noticed anyone out at the outdoor area.

Is there a lounge there that is occasionally open? Can we get drinks at the bar and bring them out there?

It looks like a lovely spot and I would love to utilize it.

Does anyone have any insight?

Last December my sisters and I did just that. Got drinks at the bar inside then went out on the rooftop patio to enjoy them.
It was fun!

I think it is more popular the later it gets so depending on when you were there you might not have seen high usage.

Never seen it open. I wondered if it was for special events.

Great view of the Riviera & CBR resorts, nice view over towards DHS/Epcot.

Lovely area to sit and see the views. No problem grabbing drinks at the bar and heading out. Note the closer it gets to Epcot fireworks it will fill up, especially along the wall facing the fireworks.
