Congrats ... that can be a tough reservation to get! I hope you love it as much as I do! The ricotta appetizer is delicious with the epi bread. For an entree, I am a huge fan of both the chicken sugo pasta dish and the filet with truffled mashed potatoes. So much so, that we sometimes each get our own entree and then order that chicken sugo for the table and share -- it's that good (we're often staying
DVC so have fridge and microwave for leftovers). Friends have enjoyed the escargot, sole, and tomahawk. The warm valhrona chocolate cake was delicious too. Definitely take some time to go out on the deck (you currently do have to wear your mask out there) and enjoy the view. Do be conscious of the skyliner hours ... depending on how late your dinner is you may need to uber/lyft back to your resort.
