Topolino's breakfast for large family

Hello, my family and extended family are taking a trip in late August. I wanted to treat everyone to breakfast at Topolino's before our day at Epcot. Testing the system the last few days, I can't seem to book a breakfast for a group of 16 or 17. No times seem to show. I've seen other posts about trying to break the party down into two smaller groups and even a group of 8-10 shows no availability. Tried at 5:45am EST on the farthest out day and then throughout the morning.

I can't seem to find a number to call as everything points guests towards MDE or online. Does anyone know how to go about securing this reservation? Thank you in advance!

Try calling (407) 824-1391, the number for large group dining. MDE gave me that number when I was booking for 9, and they were a great help!

I think that number opens at 7:00 AM ET, IIRC. I’m on Central time, so I just remember it was very early!

As a data point, CM on the phone advised for a group of 16, book with 3 different accounts with no more than 6 people on a reservation. Make sure all are reservations are booked within 15 minutes of each other or else it won't work.
Then day of, arrive 20 minutes before the first reservation and let the staff know at the check-in podium all three reservations are together. Then they will do their best to sit us as close as possible. (sounds like a lot of risk for a last minute hiccup)
CM also said, they can not adjust anything on their side as MDE has the same info and functionality that they do.

Excuse me but ***?!? Sounds like a huge flaw.

Its a huge risk if you really care about being close to each other. The chances of 3....6 top tables all opening up right next to each other I'd guess are slim. I'm also traveling the last couple weeks of August. If I look out to day 11 I can book for 8 at multiple times. So not sure how long your trip is but that will make a difference on whether you can get the reservation you'll need.

I'm sorry they weren't any more help than that! The CM I worked with did split our party of 9 (into every possible combination including 8+1), but she did book our ADRs. And we did as you were told - made sure everyone was there 15 minutes before the earlier ADR and checked in with the CM, not via MDE - and were seated together everywhere. Topolino's has at least one dining room off the main one (DH and I saw a cute baby's first birthday celebration there), but I'm not sure what it takes to reserve it.
