TopCashBack ?

I have been using ebates forever and have generally been happy with that site but there are a few things I buy online (primarily gift cards) that ebates has stopped paying any rebate for. I figure if I'm going to shop online, I might as well go through a site that offers something, and I have read in several places that TopCashBack does pay for gift card purchases, at least sometimes, although often very slowly.

For those of you who are TopCashBack veterans, is that generally right? That TopCashBack does usually pay even though it takes a while? Or is it more unreliable than that?

I have most of my purchases, including GC's, paid out by them but they are typically slower than ebates. Ebates pays quarterly, as I am sure you know, so if you make a purchase early in the quarter, it can take quite awhile for payout. It's like that all the time with TCB.
