Top things to do?

My friends and I got a cabin for one night. Waste of money, I know, but we really wanted to stay at the Fort, so we went for it. My concern is that because I work in the wee morning hours and two of my friends have school, we're not going to get to the Fort until 2pm-3pm(if we don't stop at an outlet mall to shop a bit first), so we're not going to have too long to do much stuff, so what are the top things to do for a single night stay? We're going Oct. 6th for the cabin, 7th for MK, and possibly getting a single night at a smaller, cheaper, hotel since we're staying until the park closes that night, so we won't have much time on the morning of the 7th to do much more than load up the car and check out before heading to MK. Also, do they allow you to leave your car parked up front if you're at the park, or will we need to park at the park? Anyone know? Is it worth paying for a second night at the cabin just to enjoy the things the next morning before we drive home for school?

Hi RCE...
my family and I love going to the campfire/singalong at the Meadows area. Chip and Dale are there to add fun! We also love seeing the movie under the stars afterwards. Bring some marshmallows to roast for good measure.

I haven't stayed at the cabins but I believe you can park one car at the cabin and the others, if any, would be at the outpost parking lot. The cabins will come with a parking pass so you can drive to the parks without paying to park. When we go to MK we just take the boat tho.

A wagon or carriage ride. I'd check out the Electric Water Pageant and fireworks both down at the beach.
