Top Signatures for romantic dinners!

Okay Dis'ers. . . I need your help!

We just got back from 11 nights and the DxDP with DD4 and DD2. My husband and I agreed that we probably wouldn't do the Dx with the kids again, but definately want to do it for our 10th anniversary trip in May (just the 2 of us).

We plan to eat at Victoria and Albert's for our anniversary dinner. I plan to make Tutto Italia and Le Cellier lunch ressies. For our dinners, we want to eat signature dinners.

Right now, the question is whether we will have 4 or 5 dinners. It all depends on how late we have to leave to drive down.

My question is:

I recently celebrated my birthday at Bistro de Paris and it was awful and SO overpriced. I don't mind paying for a good meal, but everything about that place was just terrible.

My husband and I are getting ready to celebrate our 10th at Disney...only 16 days to go!! We love the DxDP, too...We are also doing some sign. dining. I went to DisHome and looked at all the reviews. There were also pictures. California Grill looks awesome, but we couldn't get reservations. We decided on Naraccosees and Yachtsmans Steakhouse. Citricos also looked fabulous, but wanted the view that Naraccosees offers.
