Top of the World.

Yep, I remember having brunch there on my honeymoon in 1989. It was the place where I remember getting MM pancakes for the first time.

I tried taking DH to the Contemporary's buffeteria, but it was gone. I think the Concorse Steakhouse was already in it's place (but maybe by a different name).

But, do you remember the Golf Resort before it was the Disney Inn?! I have fond memories of the Golf Resort! My parents went to dinner together, left me in the room (I was about 8 years old). Once they left, I took my park pass and headed straight for Space Mountain. I rode it once and then took the bus back to the room. They never found out until I was an adult. Ahhh... those were the days!

We went to the Top of the World restaurant for Easter Brunch many times in the late 70's. My grandparents lived in Winter Garden and we would drive down from central New York to see them for Easter and they always took us to brunch there. I loved walking outside after and staring at the Magic Kingdom and Space Mountain. I would love to be able to take my kids there. I wish it was still open. I have such wonderful memories of those Easter Brunch's. :) :)
