I'll be going to WDW in Sept. with Family. We're staying at BLT. Would the adults be able to go to TOtW Lounge without me (I am the DVC member). I was thinking if I kept the kids at the room with me, the parents could enjoy a little break in the lounge.

Also, does the lounge accept the dining plan as a quick service meal?

Thanks!

It says that at least one member must accompany their guests. Whether or not they're religious about checking, I don't know.

DVC member has to check-in downstairs, I can't remember if they asked for my Driver's License or ID. Anyways, a cast member takes the group to the elevator and sends you up to the top floor.

Once you accompany your guests to the top, I suppose you could go back to your room to watch the kids. Problem is leaving the kids unattended while you run around to the lounge and back. Couldn't you take the kids up with you all, then go back to the room once you got your family upstairs? The fireworks are great to watch from TOTWL.

Yes, they check the DVC Member card in order to take you up the elevator to the top floor. I don't think they take the dining plan, but they do take Tables in Wonderland.

We actually got a room on the 16th floor, so that we didn't need to have our card checked to go to the lounge--we just walked down the hall. So if you ended up in one of those rooms, your parents 'could' go without you. The 16th floor has the top level of the grand villas, (2) 2 bedroom lockoffs, and (2) dedicated 2 bedrooms--so it is a very slim chance of getting one of those rooms. We DID need to use our Magicbands to GET to the 16th floor...which they didn't tell us...but we eventually figured it out on our own after going up and down and up and down, lol.

They're religious. Gotta have a member card, and it must match ID.
