The answer is Isigny sur Mer (which is in Normandy.)

2 points for those who got the full answer. 1 for those who just said Isigny and as I was feeling generous I gave 0.5 to those who said d'Isigny which isnt completely correct as it means from Isigny.

There was reference to this fact in a recent trip report from someone who who did the guided tour (think it was Danauk )

When we were in Cambridge at the weekend we had lunch in a nice French restaurant and were amused to find the butter was from Isigny sur Mer like you get in some DLP restaurants. It made us feel at home.
