Not completely shocked given the box office sales.

However, you can only fly on the nostalgia plane for so long. However, they could focus on Rooster. Not sure if Maverick would like his character taking a back seat though ... could be treading into the Danger Zone with that one.

Yes, I know I am a dork for that last sentence. lol

Both were great movies….

Both told the same story …

after 34 years I was excited for the next movie….

after 2 or 3 years . I’ll pass
