Top 5 Incentives for DVC

If they were 5 things Disney could do for DVC Members what would you like to see them do? i.e., Ride the new expedition everest ride before regular guests get to.

unlimited "no wait" speedpasses; at least 1/2 off ticket prices (not annual passes- for those of us who only go once a year to the parks); continental breakfast buffets

Be able to join Interval International with an "individual membership." This would allow my family to be able to have access to Interval's "Getaway" weeks. I wouldn't even know about the Getaway weeks if it wasn't for my mom and dad and sister (they own timeshares that trade through Interval). I do have access to the Getaways through their memberships. But I would love to have my own membership through Interval. That way I wouldn't have to bother them.

An individual Interval membership would be icing on the cake for us!

Of course, we have access to II trades through Disney's corporate membership, but alas, we don't have access to the Getaway weeks.

I think that is only once a month.

I agree...individual memberships into II would be AWESOME!!! That would certainly make the "trading options" a lot better.

Hrmm... let's see:

1. Discount (like AP rates) at the non-DVC resorts.
2. Discount on regular park tickets
3. Unlimited fastpasses!

I'd love to see a weekly member party-nothing extravagant, but a chance to meet other DVCers.

I didn't realize that was once a month. We were only there for 5 days and didn't notice til our 3rd. I just assumed it was there the whole time, we just never walked into that room.

Discounts on regular tickets, not just annual passes.
Lower point usage on the regular Disney resorts. I see the prices they charge nonDVCers to stay the DVC resorts. So why is it so many points to stay at the non DVC resorts.(just wondering).

My list is going to be bit different and is intended only for members and immediate family where appropriate

1. Free high speed internet for members staying on points
2. Eliminate trash and towel service -- it is a needless expense to members in my view
3. Simplified 20% members' discount program on shopping, recreation or dining at any WDW venue good any time
4. 25% discount program on any park admission media, non-DVC lodging or DCL cruise
5. All park admission media included for members staying on points

-No charges on extra towels (place towel exchange in a central location, I do not mean members can call for towel delivery)
-I like the free internet idea for point stays

I can only think of those 3.

Certainly agree on free internet. It's outrageous that members have to pay for something, in their property, that is free at most cheap hotels on I-Drive, 192, and everywhere else in the country. I don't recall us approving that.

I agree with lower daily ticket prices. ANYTHING (10%-20%) would be better than NOTHING!!!!

-Fastpasses for all in DVC unit
-Discounted admission tickets besides AP
-DVC view area for fireworks/parades at all parks.
-priority seating for walk ins at table service restaurants
-a "no dues increase" for one year card (similar to get out of jail free card)

-Discount for MYW Tix (Just in case we only go once per year)
-NO T&T service. Don't need it, just give more towels on check-in.
-Unlimited FPass would be great!!!!!
-Lower the weekend points, just a little?

1. Purchase park admission media (discounted, of course!) with points.
2. Individual II membership included with DVC membership.
3. DVC discounts at all WDW establishments.
4. Option to extend membership past 2042 at HHI, VB, BW, BCV, VWL & OKW.

I actually e-mailed MS about this one. A discount on merchandise. Others get it and they haven't put in as much money into Disney as we have. Truth is it would just help us spend more, DW loves a discount. A weekly member party would be cool. Say at a fireworks show I'd even be willing to pay for something like this. $5 per person for soda and finger foods. It would be great to meet other owners.
