Just wondering what everyones top 5 buffets &/or family style meals are? Specify for which meal as well.

Quick question for you-did you choose 1900 Park Fare for the food or characters or both? We've been wanting to try dinner (I am a huge fan of Lady Tremaine & the stepsisters!), but I wasn't sure how the food is.

Both really! I HAD to go for breakfast as Mary Poppins is there! Everytime I see her I shout and run like a little girl!! Last year during the parade at MK DBFF and I were sitting and watching and all of a sudden I saw her coming and I just SCREAMED "MMMAAAAARRRRYYYYYY!!!!!!" DBFF still makes fun of me for it! Did I mention this was on my 26th birthday! LOL But I digress....The food I think is good but I'm not a gourmet kind of gal! It's your standard Disney Buffet food...maybe a bit better (DBFF tells me the strawberry soup is delish! Alone worth the ADR!) The character interaction is really great! So much fun! IMHO you should definately give it a shot!

Several years ago, we did the 1900 Park Faire BF for my birthday -- my 37th, as I recall -- and my wife arranged for MP herself to sign a b'day card for me (it's part of a package that Disney offered.) And I got to meet MP! I just stuttered and stammered like a schoolboy.

We LOVE 1900 PF. There's nothing like their strawberry soup!

Those are the only three buffets we try to hit. We didn't really care for Cinderellas Royal Table (we did Breakfast & lunch) or Liberty Tree Tavern. I do want to try 1900 Park Fare and Ohana.

I havent' been to Trails End at FW yet, but would like to try for breakfast or dinner.

We've only been to five, but I'll rate those in my order of preference.

Boma (excellent) - we did dinner
Trail's End Buffet (decent simple food that kids love, and the price is right) - we've done B, L and D
Crystal Palace (good food; character interaction was so-so) - we did lunch
Biergarten (decent food, fun entertainment) - we did dinner
Chef Mickey (just OK food, so-so character interaction) - we did breakfast

We're planning to go to 1900 Park Fare, Cape May Cafe and Ohana on our next trip, and I'm hopeful they'll fall into the excellent category too.

I have been to Chef Mickeys, Restaurantosaurus (sp?), and 1900 Park Fair before, but don't generally like buffets. I do like the occasional breakfast buffet, but don't like it with characters. I just don't want to have to time getting my food with interacting with characters.
