If you could only eat at 3 different restaurants in Disneyland, California Adventure, or a restaurant outside the parks WITHIN walking distance, which 3 would they be? If you want to say what your favorite dish is at each, that would be great to.:thumbsup2
We are trying to narrow down our choices for our upcoming trip. I'm interested to see what the favorites are, but didn't want to leave out good restaurants outside the park we could walk to. This is our first visit to Disneyland and we want to make sure we are hitting all the good spots.

Sorry if this thread is a repeat. I searched and I couldn't find a thread like it.
Thanks so much!!

Thanks,
Kristen

My three are: 1. Cafe Orleans (starter salad, pommes frites, and mickey shaped beignets - yum) 2. Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen (Drunken Chicken, but everything is good and great live entertainment!) 3. Storytellers Cafe - love the cozy atmosphere. Nothing on the menu stands out, but the buffet is good value, well prepared - if a little limited in choice.

Blue Bayou is another great choice. It is pricey for the food quality, but such a unique experience to dine inside Pirates of the Caribbean - Everyone should try it once.

OK, if we are doing 3, 1. Cafe Orleans 2. Carnation Cafe and 3. STorytellers.

If I can only have 1 per park..

1. Cafe Orleans
2. Ariels in DCA
3 Storytellers.

To add others outside the park I really like, Tortilla Jos.

Usually we only do one TS meal per visit. Cafe Orleans is a must. Love the pommes frites and the gumbo! Last time we also went to Bubba Gumps in Garden Walk, an easy walk there from Candy Cane Inn where we were staying. Will probably go back there again too.

For me and the DBF....

1. Carnation Cafe (baked potato soup...don't need to say much else :worship:)
2. Naples in DTD (my FAVORITE caesar salad and some real good pizza as well)
3. Jazz Kitchen in DTD

Honorary mentions: Goofy's Kitchen (wasn't sure if this counted but definitely would've been in the top three) and Blue Bayou, merely for the atmosphere and a personal must do on your first visit.

Every trip we do:

1. Cafe Orleans
2. Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen
3. Blue Bayou (this alternates with Napa Rose if we are celebrating a B-day)

1. Blue Bayou
2. RainForest Cafe (a favorite in our family)
3. Ariel's Grotto

1. Ralph Brennans--Best food in the area, by far. Surprisingly great selection of food for kids as well.
2. Wine Country Trattoria. Really good food and the "World of Color" special seating pass is totally the way to go.
3. Cafe Orleans. Especially if you get a good table outside.
