Bad (live version)- U2
Jolene- Mindy Smith
Umbrella- covered by All Time Low
I really have to promote The Punk Goes...series. Punk Goes Crunk is where the All Time Low version of Umbrella came from. Punk goes Pop, Punk goes 90's, Punk goes 80's. There are some really cool covers. I see several of you listed See You Again by Miley Cyrus. Breathe Carolina does an awesome cover.
One of my favorites is "I Wanna Love You" originally sung by Akon. I HATED that song.
I love a cover done right...and these bands are awesome. My daughter went to Warped Tour last year and met the lead singer of the Maine and got his autograph. I have a pic but not sure how to post. Not sure if anyone on here has even heard of The Maine.
Aint that just like a woman - Louis Jordan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyxessvtQJU
I think because I always play the intro for people
The opening Riff is from 1947 - Chuck Berry took used it years later to intro a lot of stuff. The riff is pretty darn remarkable for 1947, though Jordan has many better songs
I don't listen to a lot of songs all the way through, so this is kinda messed up.
1) "For Your Entertainment" - Adam Lambert
2) "Whataya Want From Me" - Adam Lambert
3) A tie between "Down The Rabbit Hole" - Adam Lambert, "Archetype" - the Orphan, the Poet, "1, 2, 3, 4" - Plain White T's, and "Mad World (American Idol Studio Version)" - Adam Lambert.
I listen to Panic! At The Disco most of the time, but their songs have weird leadouts so I skip it I didn't think I listened to that much Adam Lambert, but.... XD
