Most will never have heard of this one since she's not known, but even my niece calls it a sad song "September Song" by Rachel Potter gets me when I hear it. The 9/11 remake of Heaven with the little girl talking tears me up too.

September Song IS sad! And I've definitely heard of Rachel Potter!

Why - Michael Card
I Don't Want to Be Without You - Margaret Becker
If I Could Write - Sam Phillips

When Somebody Loved Me (Toy Story 2) -- Sarah McLachlan
Candle in the Wind/Goodbye England's Rose (Princess Diana tribute) -- Elton John

Holes in the Floor of Heaven (I don't remember who sings it)

Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer

Not really, but all those listed are very good choices.

Maybe they meant the Jeff Buckley version was the saddest??? Being that Jeff Buckley referred to the song as an ode to the orgasm not sure I'd put it on the sad list. Lol
