Top 25 Timeshare Rental Resorts - 4 DVCs in top ten!

Vacationers want sun, sun, and more sun according to the RedWeek.com list of top 25 timeshare rental resorts. Florida, the Caribbean, and Hawaii continue to be preferred vacation destinations of RedWeek.com users, taking 21 of the top 25 slots.

While there has been some movement on the list since last year, Disney’s Beach Club Villas holds the number one spot for the third year running, and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas reclaims its spot at number two after dropping to number five last year. Both of these resorts are located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, which is just outside of Orlando.

"Brand names like Marriott and Disney dominate the top 25 list because they offer quality accommodations,” said RedWeek.com President Maurice Aubrey. “This speaks volumes about what our users want: quality vacations at affordable prices.”

Other resorts that have consistently been in the top ten over the past three years are: Harborside Resort at Atlantis in Aruba, The Manhattan Club in New York, and Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club in Hawaii. Each of these resorts boasts a 4.5 rating by RedWeek.com users.

I notice that Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is ranked #11. It will be interesting to see if Disney's Aulani Resort shows up on this list in a few years.

We are at OKW as I read this, and couldnt agree more. Only mistake is OKW and VWL should have been listed closer to the top

it's interesting to note that Newport Coast is on the list. This property was originally owned by Disney and it was to be the third off site DVC resort. Disney decided to sell it after the slow sales they experienced with Vero Beach. Turns out tha Marriott was able to get it in the top 25.

I see the average price is $700us per night+tax for 2 bed room villa,is this an all inclusive resort with theme park tickets or just for the villa?

Not all inclusive, and tickets are not included.
