The form went out and you have to preorder your pins there are like 16 pins and the rest are frame sets and some plaster stuff you know Mickeys house with pins inside, stuff like that.
You fill out your form, which you need an engineering degree to understand. For example there are two RSP sections in the first RSP you put the pins in order of greatest to least greatest that you want, in the second RSP you do the same, and with any luck you will get you first RSP choices, and if enough pins and merchandise is left over you will get them on your second choice.
All the pins, frame set, and stuff have a number assigned. The RSP is numbered on the first ands second choice column 1 through 24 so you insert the number of the pins you want starting from #1 the one you want the most to #24 the one you want the least
But you may only want 5 pins so just put the 5 pins you want do not list the others or they will charge you for them.
Lets say you want pins #1, #4, #6, #9 and #17 and you really want another #4 and #6 for traders now lets say you want #4 and #6 more than you want #1, #9 and #17

This way your first choices are #4, #6, #1, #9, and #17. If any pins are left over of #4 and #6 after all the first RSP are gone over, you will get a random chance at those as well.
Heres more on how that works now Im told the event is for 750 people. Some of the pins are LE 1000, some are LE500, and the frames are LE50 or 100. If everybody wants the limit that is two of the 1000 pins and 2 of the 500 pins this is how it may work out
Everybody will get 1 of the 1000 pins, but only 500 people out of the 750 will get a 500 pin, and 250 people out of the 1000 will get a second 1000 pin if they had it listed in their second choice RSP.
Why is this done? Because you have a better chance to get more pins if you sign up more people thats why. A single person will only get 1 1000, maybe 1 500, and if lucky enough a second 1000, but 2 people have a better chance to get 2 1000s and 2 500s.
But keep in mind this is a random drawing I have seen some people get 2 500s, and some get nothing at all, its in the luck of the draw.
If and big if here there is any merchandise left over, you can stand in the god awful heat in line, and its first come first buy.
The limits on the LE pins its two per person, Im not sure on the frame set though.
It does not matter if you have you RSP there by today versus tomorrow, its a random drawing done after all the RSP are received on May 1st. If you do not turn in your RSP by May 1st you got a big problem the most you can hope for is left over stuff.
Best advice I can give you is if you fax the RSP, and call them to verify they got it, or forget to put in a credit card number and they will call you. (real fast) The earlier in the game you send your RSP the better your chances if you made a mistake that they will call you back, but if they get swamped at the last minute with a boat load of them they may not get a chance to call you back, and you may not get what you want if you goofed.
My way was the best way for low edition LEs we all get into a mud ring 1000 people, we start it up and when 500 people are left we all get a pin. For two pins the remaining 500 can do an old-fashioned Mexican knife fight. When 250 are left we all get two pins.
