Toontown hrs on EMH day

What time does Toontown open on EMH am day? I have heard that if the park opens at 9, that toontown opens at 10am. I'm just wonderting if EMH are at 8, will tooontown still open at 10am, or will it open at 9am.

Also, if EMH am time is 8am and regular park opening is 9am, will they let you in anytime in that whole hour or is there a cut-off? Say, We get to the park at 8:45, will they still let us in?

We are only going for 3 days, so don't have much flexibility in our park plans. Arrival day we are going to MGM in the afteroon. Wed. and Thurs (aug. 23, 24) we are going to MK. We were planning on Wed. doing Fantasyland, Advertureland and Frointerland. Thursday Tommorland and Toontown and whatever we didn't get to from the first day. But if toottown doesn't open until 10 and we get there at 8, I might change something...

Toontown hours do not change for morning EMH. They still open at 10am... Toontown generally opens 1 hour after "official" park opening time, so during the holidays when the park opens early to everyone you will see TT open earlier than 10am. But on a 9am park opening it will be 10am regardless of EMH.

As for your other question, There is no cut off for EMH. If you get there right at 8am or at 8:45 they will let you in. They usually have a turnstile open for just EMH guests.

I can't see not doing fantasyland our firsst day at mk...but tomorrowland will not take us 2 hrs either. Maybe we'll do tomorrowland and then hits dd and ds fav's in fantasyland again.

or maybe since I just found out jungle cruise FP will not be open when we are there,maybe we will skip jungle cruise on Wed. if the lines are bad and we will do tomorrowland, then junglecruise at opening and then circle back to toontown...

Not sure when you are going but Jungle Cruise also has modified hours for some of the year. They are going back to 10am opening this Sunday... not sure when they will return back to 9am. Just something to keep in mind.
