I thought I read somewhere that Toontown opens an hour after the park opens, but now I can't find it. Does anyone know if this is always true? (I guess what I really want to know is if it will be true next week!)
Also, do you think it's worth being there right when it opens to meet the characters or is that time better used riding other rides while the park isn't too full? I had also read several places that that is the best time to see the characters, but when we tried that at AK on the last trip (early December, no less!), it still took at least 15 minutes to see one character (since we didn't sprint to the line, I guess) and then HUGE lines if we wanted to see a 2nd one or more. My son says he really wants to hug Mickey, and our character meal isn't until the last day...
Thanks!

I would also imagine if you went right before meal times it wouldn't be too bad.
Leave it to me to not pay attention to the son thing. lol Then I would definitely go before it opens and then head straight to Mickey~
