Mickey's ToonTown Morning Madness is a little perk offered through the Walt Disney Travel Company (and other companies that book through them, such as
AAA and Costco Travel) for getting into ToonTown earlier.
You get a voucher and it lets you in the gates of TT, on certain days of the week, an hour earlier than TT normally opens. Since TT normally opens an hour *after*
Disneyland opens, that means that you can go straight to TT at DL opening.
They have a small "parade", a little ceremony, and you can get a headstart on riding the two rides in TT (Roger Rabbit and the little coaster whose name I always get wrong) or meeting the characters.
We did it when we did our first package trip, and it was OK. It was made better for us b/c DS got us chosen as the honorary family (which meant we had to get up in front of people and be introduced, and we got a scroll that resides on our fridge commemorating the moment), but then the skies opened up and it poured on us and everyone went running for Mickey's House, and that was it for that!
