Toon Town Fair

Does anyone know what time TTF opens during peak weeks (we visit WDW 12-25 to 1-1)? I know typically it opens at 10, but I'm hoping that week it opens at park opening (8 AM) or at 9.

You will need to check the times guide when you arrive to be sure, but in years past for the actual Holiday week, it has opened with the park. When the park opens at 8am for all guests it usually opens at 9am rather than 10am, but for the actual week of Christmas and New Years last year they opened at 8 with everything else.
