Took the DVC tour for AKV model...

Looks like we have are going to buy a small 100 pt. contract. Right now its, wife and I and 2 yr old son. This contract will be fine until we can afford a few 25 pt add ons...

Just waiting for our agent to call us back....couldn't get hold of him while at the resort the next two days....

So we are waiting for our contract and then we sign and pay!!!

Congrats! We also own at AKV and are a family of three with a two year old son. We find the studios plenty big for the time being. I'm sure you'll love it.

And I can't believe you're from Swanton, VT! I have a close friend who grew up there so I've visited on occasion.

Well just to add to the list......we are also a family of three with a 3 year old son. And we own at AKV also! We thought along the same lines, while little guy is small ( and thats ending fast) we could stay in the studios and use fewer points. Although we did stay in a 1br at SSR and I think my wife is hooked on those. Best laid plans......
