I am going to Disney 4-28-2011 to 5-4-2011 with my sister. With Easter being late, I really hope it's not swamped. We are both adults (21 and 26) on the deluxe dining plan. My sister's never been and I want her to have a magical time. I also went on a trip last year that was a disaster so I too want to have a magical time. I have always been with kids which makes meal times a bit difficult in planning due to menus and timing. However, with two adults, I'm thinking we can do quite a bit of table service or all table service to get the most of our plan. Since we won't have kids traveling with us I think we can move quicker through the parks allowing extra time (we often do single rider if we can).
Is this too much time wise? I know it's a lot of food, but on vacation we like to eat well and use it as an opportunity to try new things.
Any other restaurant recommendations? No two credits meals as I want to be able to stretch my meals for the day we arrive and leave.
We have lunch ressies each day, but if it looks like we may do counter service can I just call that morning and cancel?
Day 1. Arrive late afternoon. Dinner at Cape May Cafe at 5 PM. Wishes Dessert Party at 9 PM.
Day 2. Epcot. Akershus for breakfast, Chefs de France for lunch and Teppan Edo for dinner.
Day 3. Kona Cafe for breakfast (Going to Harry Potter), Garden Grill for dinner.
Day 4. MK. Crystal Palace for breakfast, The Plaza for lunch and Tony's for dinner.
Day 5. DHS. 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, Mama Melrose for lunch and Sci Fi for dinner (would love lunch and dinner to be switched but couldn't get ressies)
Day 6. AK. Tusker House for breakfast, Yak and Yeti for lunch and then Wolfgang Puck Cafe for dinner.
Day 7. Ohana's for breakfast and Via Napoli for a late lunch before we leave.
