I started out planning a one week trip, then when I couldn't fit in a lot of things I really wanted to do, I extended it into 10 days, then I planned too much more and extended it to 12 days, and now I am going for 14 days and there are STILL things I cannot fit in! Restaurants I want to try, tours I want to do, places I want to see.

You just can't run out of things to do! :sunny:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: I thought I was the only one who did that. Our June trip started out as 6 days, then 8, now 10. I tried for 13 days, but DH said "I can not take anymore time off then." I thought about telling him to go ahead and go home and the girls and I would come later ;) , but figured that I had better not push my luck. Good Luck with your trip planning. Mine has almost become an obsession! :)

This happened to BF and I. We decided after our week trip to WDW in Aug we would go on 7 day cruise. So, we end up losing our sat (travel to port) and sun on cruise. Our trip would be Sat to Sat (usually Sat to Sun). So, Bf (I'm so lucky!) said "let's leave on Thurs so we don't lose any of our days! Due to work etc that's all we can do..but boy I could keep on adding!

I understand completely! We're up to 15 day trips and we still talk about adding days. :teeth:

so glad there's others like me out there!

I'm sure Disney loves us, too!

:wizard:

Enjoy your trips, everyone!

I know exactly what you mean! The first time we went we stayed 6 days, than the second time we stayed 8 days but this last time (2/06) we stayed 11 days and still didn't get to do everything. We are returning in 2/2007 and I have tried to talk my husband into 14 days but so far he says 11 is the most time he can spare. I would really like to stay a month but I am sure that won't happen for a few years. HA!

When we were there this last time we did do the "Keys to the Kingdom" tour and it was really good. Maybe in 2007 we will get another tour in.

Have a great time!

Why try to do everything in one trip. Gives you an excuse to keep coming back. " You know we wanted to do such and such but didnt do so we need to do it next trip." My excuse. This one was free dining and EE. Next trip sons bday.

:smickey: i AM SO GLAD I FOUND ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST AS IN TO DISNEY AS ME, I'M SICK OF PEOPLE SAYING, "YOU'RE GOING TO DISNEY AGAIN??" I FIXED MY PROBLEM WITH ADDING MORE DAYS, BY ADDING MORE TRIPS, I'VE HAD UP TO 4 A YEAR, BUT NOW DOWN TO 3. BUT I HAVE TO GO FOR 10 DAYS AT A TIME. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE IT??

Move further away from WDW then you can justify going for longer! :thumbsup2

At least that has worked with DH. :rolleyes1 Actually he loves WDW so it has never been a problem. All he asks is that I have the money saved for the trip. Yep, I can to that, no problem I just keep working that overtime. :surfweb:

Just tonight we were talking about our trip. I suggested that we could save money by staying at SOG for part of our visit. His response was NO lets keep things just like they are. This trip we will be there for 16 days! :cloud9:

I guess we are all of the same that love WDW. DW is currently on the phone making MVMCP ressies for our Dec trip, we just can't fit everything into the schedule. And you know, the fishing and golfing takes up too much time, do that at home she says. Son and I want to take the little ones fishing for a few hours and its difficult making all the activities fit into everyone's schedule. But we keep trying and trying...more reason to keep going back....
