I have most of my ADRs set and did not have time to squeeze in my beloved California Grill. My fiance and I LOVE sushi... and I think he'll really like California Grill.

We will be doing Epcot one morning with lunch at San Angel Inn (I'm not too fond of the menu but my future hubby is of Spanish background and he wanted to try it).

We plan to go over to MK right after lunch... I think my 6PMish we'll be good to go for a nice dinner (and a few drinks!)... do you think thats too much? (BTW MK has EMH that night until 2am so we will go back over there afterwards). We'll probably have a light salad with sushi :)

Is that too much for one day?

What about sharing your meal at San Angel or simply make a later adr for cali Grill. When we have lunch at Le Cellier at 11:30 we normally will have dinner at a signature at about 7pm

We probably will be doing more sharing @ the San Angel... DF says I eat like a bird! :confused3

I don't think it will be too much. It depends on what you order too. I believe we have 2 reservations a day scheduled for our upcoming trip. I would make your lunch reservation early and then I think 6:00 would be fine for dinner.
