Too Late?

I need a room for a portion of our stay in early november...4 nights, and there is nothing available with the exception of Wilderness Lodge for $795 a nite ...
Is there a time of day that is best to search? Or is all hope lost?

I don't know of a certain time, but don't give up. People do cancel. Since the final payments for packages are due 30 days out, I'd search a couple times a day around 35 days out.

Have you tried checking on places such as Expedia? Otherwise I would check as many times a day as you can.

All hope is not lost. The web search function is always a subset of what the agents at CRO have access to, yes it may take longer to call but it is more accurate.

A CM told me 8am Mondays EST is when Magical Gatherings that have been cancelled open up to CRO. I agree with calling in addition to checking the web site.

I feel your pain! Trying to set up a surprise long weekend trip for DS's birthday end of October. The only resorts showing availability are WL, SSR, Poly, and CR. Starting at $477 per night. But, that's what I get for waiting so long to book! If nothing opens, I might surprise him and go over New Year's.
