Too Late Standard to preferred?

I used the discount code for ASMU and got the $59 rate. I believe that is expired now. Now that I am thinking about it I think I should have paid the extra 10 bucks to get preferred.

I will be travelling with my 3 kids alone and the youngest is a terrible(wonderful) 2. Just want to make things easier for myself.


Will they let me switch to preferred now that the code is expired?

Is it true that preferred is closer to the food court and pool and bus?

Can I hook up my laptop in my room?(I don't have it yet, it is a mother's day present, so I don't know much about hooking them up)

There are data ports on the phone to connect your modem. Be sure to bring a modem cable and a local phone number for your internet provider. If you aren't sure if the number is local call and ask the front desk.

As far as the preferred room goes....I would request Jazz instead of trying to get the preferred building (Calypso). We stayed in Jazz last Dec. and it was about a 1 minute diff. in walk time to food court. It really wasn't bad at all. The other buildings in the resort can be far out tho. Ask for Jazz, with a room closer to Calypso.
